Wayne Russell

Wayne worked for GEC as an engineer up until the early 90's. After graduating with a First Class OU Honours Degree, he spent time working as a programmer-consultant.

In May 1998 Wayne and Karen Russell founded Karus Systems and is wholly owned by them to this day.

Wayne is married with five children. Wayne's wife is the Company Accountant.

When not working Wayne spends time walking his dog (Lexi) and trout fishing. He is a RFU referee and also coaches the St Andrews under 15´s. His 15 year old son Gavin is a very keen player.
